AHCA/NCAL Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Policy and Antitrust Policy Training

Learn about AHCA/NCAL's recently developed Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policy for all AHCA/NCAL committee members and review AHCA/NCAL's Antitrust policy and requirements. The integrity of AHCA/NCAL, and the activities it undertakes, depends on the avoidance of conflicts of interest, or even the appearance of such conflicts, by the individuals involved in those activities. Recognizing that its leaders and members have significant professional, business and personal interests and relationships, AHCA/NCAL has determined that the most appropriate manner in which to address conflicts of interest is initially through liberal disclosure of any relationship or interest which might be construed as resulting in such a conflict.

Learning Objective:

  • Participants will understand and learn the responsibilities of AHCA/NCAL chairs and co-chairs regarding the AHCA/NCAL Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policy and Antitrust policy.
