Employee Benefit Cost Containment Strategies

Employee benefits cost containment strategies are getting more difficult with consolidations and fewer network options. However, less costly options for ACA-compliant plans do exist. Nick Cianci, President of Compass Total Benefit Solutions, will discuss how to utilize Medicare Reference Based Pricing (MRBP) to help reign in employee health insurance spends.

• Other health coverage options such as Minimum Essential Coverage plans.
