2024 Silver Quality Award Examiner Training

Welcome to the 2024 Silver Examiner Training!
All resource materials can be found under the Resources tab. Please begin training by reviewing the Silver Training and Review Manual before starting the coursework modules. Resources will be added to this tab throughout training as needed.
To open your coursework modules, click on the Contents tab. All modules and Check Your Knowledge quizzes must be completed by February 9, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET. Examiners are required to attend all live sessions and attendance will be taken. You can use the Add to Calendar feature to add a reminder to your Outlook calendar. A recording will be available for viewing on demand for reference. Please email qualityaward@ahca.org ahead of the session if you have a conflict. There are some asterisks on certain modules:
*indicates the session is not required by Examiners that have at least 6 years of experience with the AHCA/NCAL program.
**indicates the session is only required for new AHCA/NCAL Examiners.
*** indicates the session is only required for returning AHCA/NCAL Examiners.
15.75 NAB-approved CEs are available upon successful completion of the modules via the Certificate of Recognition. Once NAB ID is input, AHCA/NCAL will submit for credit on your behalf.
