CMPRP: Applications

The Civil Monetary Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP) was recently updated to include several new allowable project areas, along with other exciting changes. The CMPRP webinar has been updated to include changes to the program from September 2025. The webinar walks learners through important information about the updates, the updated FAQ, updated and the application handbook It also reviews how to complete an application, along with examples of projects other facilities have found successful in the past.

Instructions to access recording, after registering:

1. Go to Contents, click on the “View video" button on the right hand side of the page. 
2. The presentation will open in a new window for you to view and hear the program.
