It is no secret that the long term care (LTC) industry is grappling with a historic workforce crisis, financial challenges, and closures of communities and centers across the country. The health care workforce continues to experience significant shortages while the demand for services has increased. AHCA/NCAL is hosting a webinar series in 2024 that has focused on key workforce areas including career upskilling, career ladders and refugee partnerships. This last webinar of the 2024 workforce series will cover key retention strategies and ideas for organizations to keep their workforce, avoid high turnover and improve quality. Hear from an administrator in the field to AHCA/NCAL national and state affiliate staff on ideas that you might find helpful for your LTC community.
