We all know the impact an effective leader can have on an organization... imagine an organization made up of effective leaders on every level. Transforming the front line team into an effective team of leaders not only has the potential to transform the individuals on the team, but also to exponentially raise the level of success of the entire organization. Shifting the paradigm on leadership is a key factor in achieving a path of continual growth and achievement for leaders and for organizations, thus raising the bar on the overall success of the organization.

This session will provide information and tools to begin developing front line team members into skilled leaders while elevating managers by raising leadership skills through equipping and empowering their teams. Tools will be provided to evaluate team members at every level, access steps to leadership development, take specific actions to assist in individual and team growth in identified areas, as well as 60, 90 and 120 evaluation tools for individuals and the organization as a whole. Examples of the success of this model in a senior living community will be discussed, and audience members will leave the session with a clear and concise plan for moving forward in leadership development in their organization that will make a real difference in the overall success of their organization and their people.

  • Explain the All Team Leadership model and its practical applications of developing leaders across all levels of an organization.
  • Apply leadership assessment and development tools to evaluate team members effectively, implement targeted action plans, and track progress using structured evaluation frameworks.
  • Recognize common barriers to leadership development including challenges with delegation and power dynamics in order to develop strategic approaches to overcome them as an effective, high-level leader.

  • Participants can move throughout the lessons in the course by clicking on the header of each module to expand or minimize their view.

Individuals have until Oct. 31, 2026 to complete. After October 31st, 2026, this session will no longer be available to access or earn additional CEs.
