The cornerstone of organizational performance improvement is well-designed work processes. Join us for a three-part webinar series focused on equipping organizations with tools, strategies, and insights needed to design, manage, and continuously improve work processes. This series will guide participants through the fundamentals of process design, improving workflow, and performance management. Through real-world exercises using as an example F812 Food Procurement, participants will learn how to use an effective, systematic approach to design, manage, and improve operations. Such improvements support survey readiness and success.

Registration is free to AHCA/NCAL members. These webinars are available on-demand. Live attendance is not required.
Instructions to Register:
- To avoid technical problems, use Google Chrome.
- Members will need to log in using their existing email and password first.
- Once you are logged in to the website, you will be able to register by clicking the green register button at the top of the page.
- If you have forgotten your password, click here.
- If you are new to the site, you can create an account here. Answer all fields on the create an account page- especially locating your company name. You can search by name or zip code. After creating an account, you will be able to register for the webinar.
Instructions to access recording, after registering:
- Go to Contents, click on the “View video" button on the right hand side of the page.
- The presentation will open in a new window for you to view and hear the program.
