Self-care is something that we know we should do, but often is the last thing we have time for. We are constantly moving from one thing to the next, putting out fires, solving various challenges, and dealing with chaos along the way. Unfortunately, that constant state of rush leaves little time for self-care. It is time to change that. If we are to avoid burnout, fatigue, stress, and frustration we need to engage in self-care and make it a priority every day. This podcast is dedicated to helping you embrace self-care and put you back into your agenda. The podcast series titled Self-care in Long Term Care is a series of short, less than 15-minute, quick listening sessions that will help build your tools and resources to ensure that you are taking care of the most important person, you. This podcast series is appropriate for anyone working in long term care who may be struggling with burnout, fatigue, and stress. Podcasts will be released each month, so stay tuned for more in this series!
