Building Trust is an online training course with take-home practice exercises designed to help leaders build trust within and across teams, shifts, and departments, to improve staff wellbeing, retention & recruitment, and resident outcomes.
Using the three drivers of trust — empathy, logic, and authenticity — participants will explore practical strategies to:
- Build Trust.
- Overcome Resistance.
- Address differences between generations, gender, race, and ethnicity.
- Support a person-by-person culture of trust through shared leadership and psychologically safe practices.
CE: This program offers 4 NAB-Approved CE credits for administrators and 4 contact hours for nurses. Please note, nurses are individually responsible for submitting the necessary documentation to verify continuing education completion for license renewal.
