Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we work—and it has the potential to help long term care providers address workforce challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance resident care. But where should you start, and what are the risks to consider? Join us for this AI workforce webinar series kicking off this Fall, with more to come in 2027.
AHCA/NCAL provider members and staff will provide an introductory webinar panel discussion on how AI can support the long-term care workforce. Panelists will explore practical use cases, discuss the benefits and limitations of AI, and share important considerations for using these tools responsibly and effectively.
Attendees will hear more on AHCA/NCAL's AI resources, developed specifically to help members better understand and implement AI in their organizations. You'll leave with practical tools, guidance, and ideas you can begin using right away.
Bring your questions! The webinar will include a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask industry experts about AI, workforce applications, implementation strategies, and what the future of AI means for long term care.
Those that should attend: LTC provider leaders, clinicians and H.R. who influence staffing, operations, clinical care, and workforce development.
Panelists:
Dana Ritchie (Moderator) – AHCA’s Associate VP of Workforce & Constituency Services
Dan Ciolek – AHCA’s Associate VP of Therapy Advocacy
Amy Miller – AHCA’s Director of Clinical and Regulatory Services
Neelam Rahatekar – Chief Financial & Operations Officer at Jewish HomeLife
