Includes a Live Web Event on 04/07/2026 at 1:15 PM (EDT)

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) new Make America Healthy Again: Enhancing Lifestyle and Evaluating Value-Based Approaches Through Evidence (MAHA ELEVATE) model offers a unique opportunity for advanced senior care organizations (including senior living communities) to scale existing evidence-based lifestyle and functional medicine programs. With the Letter of Intent (LOI) for Cohort 1 due April 10, 2026, this webinar offers practical guidance to help organizations quickly determine whether to pursue an LOI submission.

Topics include clinical and academic partnerships, participant recruitment capacity, data readiness, and the ability to scale proven interventions. The session concludes with an open Q&A to help organizations assess the opportunity and identify immediate next steps ahead of the LOI deadline.
